Meet Lester

With more than 50 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry, Lester has built his reputation on honesty, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

In 1992, he founded Accurate Air in Kaufman, Texas, and spent nearly three decades helping families and businesses stay comfortable year-round. After successfully growing the company and earning the trust of countless customers throughout the area, Lester sold Accurate Air in 2021 with plans to retire.

Retirement didn't last long, however. His passion for helping customers and solving HVAC challenges led him back to the industry, where he founded Hale Heating and Air Conditioning

Today Hale Air Conditioning and Heating proudly serves Van Zandt County, Kaufman County, and surrounding communities from its home base in Canton, Texas. Whether it's a repair, maintenance visit, system replacement, or new installation, customers can expect the same honest service, dependable workmanship, and attention to detail that Lester has provided throughout his career.
