Had a different service come out and do basically nothing, proclaim it fixed, and charge me. Called Mr. Hale. He came out and immediately showed great knowledge. He determined the compressor was bad but did an in depth diagnosis, including actually looking at the freon, to confirm it. The freon looked like oil and water mixed like in a car. He ordered the new compressor, but due to my mistake, we missed the original install time. We set up a new time and he was there right as agreed to. He worked his A/C voodoo and had it up and running. But he wasn't satisfied with something and kept fine timing it. Within minutes the air coming out of the vents was 65°. Definitely recommend Mr. Hale and will be calling on him from now on when I have an A/C issue.

Hake A/C saved us over $10,000+ !! We had another company out and they said we need a new outside unit for $10000. Got a second opinion from Hale A/C & Heating. All it needed was freon for $200!!
